World Poetry Day

Oh My Father in heaven. Battery low got me late. Nevertheless world poets and poetesses will understand my situation.     WORLD POETRY DAY THE WORLD IS YOUNG WHEN WE WORDS WERE BORN BUT THE BEAUTIFUL ONES ARE STILL YET BEEN BORN. THE LIKES OF THE OLD BARDS, THAT NEVER FALL SHORT OF WORDS EVERYWHERE INCLUDING THE BAR. THEIR WORDS ARE WELL KNOWN IN THE STRONGEST BARS, YET THEY PIERCED THE HEART BY THE SWORD OF THE MIGHTY WORDS. AM ONE OF THE BEAUTIFUL ONES NOT YET BORN INTO THE WORLD, MY SPEECH ARE STILL RAMPAGING THE EARTHLY DUST AND NOT THE WARES. AM ONE OF THE ARTIST NOT YET SHOWN TO THE WORLD, YET BEEN CAST OUT WITH STONES AROUND THE CORNER OF THE STREET AND THE ROADSIDE. MY WORDS WILL FLOW LIKE THE SEA,AND THEIR HEART WILL LEAP TO MY SIDE DAY AND NIGHT. EMBRYO OF MY WORDS IS IN, STILL CYCLING AROUND FOR GROWTH AND STRENGTH. IT'S BEING IN THE WORLD WILL CAUSE THE FALL OF THE GREATEST TREES AND MOUNTAINS. MY PRESE

Somewhere in Life

SOMEWHERE IN LIFE WE WILL ALL PLACE OUR FILES TO THE JUDGE OF HEAVEN AND EARTH, WHERE ALL THINGS WILL DIE TO LIVE. Somewhere the dust will heed To a thick deep voice And the earthenwares will awaken To the rumble of the cloud. Somewhere a man will be Not where he was deceived, By the potion of a woman. This none is aware yet. Somehow somewhere a mighty crag will show for the atheist to worship  The greatest artist of the creation In a loud way and passion. Somewhere a better place is The way no one knows Except the pilot that flies The billions with just the tip of his finger. Somewhere someday This will be remembered By generations for ever Even when am nomore. #poet of.life #beauty of creation #Ayobamiayanfemi@gmail.com #poet Aybam

Dearest Mother

No One But You Dearest Mother! From East to West  No one but you From North to South No one but you You alone in this world deserve to be my deliverer. Never can I live without your breath. Called you mother  Available you are when needed as a: Shoulder to cry on A listening ear to hear me out An open arm to hug me when in pain A heart to accept, correct and accommodate me when I err  An eyes filled with love to look at me when I'm to looked upon Oh! What more can I say mama, mom, dearest mother... A million words can't describe your wonderful deeds towards me. Called you mother:  For the undefeated love shown, If blood can run as tap Into my veins and artillery, I will forgo the oxygen I breathe And  the carbon dioxide I breathe out. Your protection my guide, Your provision my light. Preserved me like a treasure did you Oh! Dearest Mother  Lucky I'm to have you as my mother Privileged I'm to be called your son

Theater of Life

Theater of life Mirror your life Take a note with a pen, One day you will fly Across the Lion's den. Mirror your life. Tap the chest and relax, Honesty must not below the lie, Steps ahead shouldn't be denied. Destiny is awake So create the way It should thread, For your old age rest. I mirror my life Dent, scratch, obstacles Need to be faced in a file Not to be in life triangle. Mirror your life Conquer your plight Accept your wrong Change it right. Mirror their life If it can be emulated, Disintegrated or eradicated. Their life not our lives. Mirror our lives If friendship can favor us, If dating won't be a horse Where we ride and abandon. Theater of life, Mirror of life. Life changer of the wise And whipper of the fools. #THEATRE OF LIFE #CONTROL YOUR LIFE #POET OF LIFE #AYBAM THE POET. AYOBAMIAYANFEMI @GMAIL.COM

What is Love to You?

What is love to you Is it a way to love? To play games with dames. What does it mean to love? Is it the way to make heart lame? Do you fall in love Or rise in love? Have heard and read How to fall but not to rise in love. Does it truly make you cracy And make your heart race? What does it means to love? Is it a name like baby or boo? Why is love wicked And makes you die Before accepting proposal. What does it means to be in love? You whisper to love Is it really quiet Or can't express itself? What does love means to you? You only found pain in love Why is love not meek as dove And only injure those weak , The immature lovers. You can't die because they hate you But commit suicide several occasions just for the broken love. What does it means to dwell in love? Some are drunk in love Not even filled but Dripping in love and Dies In love. What is love to you What's love to him What's love to her What's love to us? If fau

Letter to the World

LETTER TO THE WORLD. Dear world:read the word. Our fathers were killed  By your ruthless sword. WE DIDN'T FIGHT BACK. Dear world:hear the word Our mothers are beside The slained men you pierced. WE TOTALLY SUCCUMBED. Dear world:we retreat. But you still swing your sword To our very side When we are just a lonely child. Dear world:we are on the street Laying under the bridge Our houses had been wrecked By your man-chine. Dear world: we are on our knees. Praying day and night With our eyes opened to danger. WHY ARE WE YOUR PREYS? Dear world:save the people.                      Save a nation.                       Save the creation. Dear world:we won't reside In your beautiful country anymore. Please stop ruining our bodies. Dear world:deport us to our abode And we won't sneak in your homes. Our nation we will unitedly built. Dear world:hearken to our voices. Let our tears flow to your pool An

3 Things John Calvin Can Teach Us About Worship

This year marks the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation, and esteem for Martin Luther, John Calvin and the other Reformers is freshly in the air. But as much as we continue to esteem their theological legacy, many might find it surprising to learn how different some of their views were compared to the typical evangelical today. Calvin on church music is no exception. The Genevan reformer restricted texts sung in church meetings to the Psalms, plus a few other biblical passages, and the Apostles’ Creed. He banned musical instruments from congregational praise, arguing that they were part of the ceremonial law given to Israel. If Calvin walked into an evangelical service today, he might make a beeline for the door, before he even reached the coffee bar, in an attempt to escape the sound of reverb-drenched guitar and pounding drums. Can modern evangelicals learn anything from this 16th-century Frenchman whose views on music seem so extreme in our day? How do our

Why Worship Leaders Aren’t Cheerleaders

If you’re familiar with cheerleading, then you understand its purpose is to generate spirit. It is scripted, coached, practiced and performed in order to rally enthusiasm, create energy and spawn excitement. Cheerleading includes a variety of synchronized routines such as songs, dances, chants and stunts. The cheerleaders implement these various actions with three- to four-minute routines to work up or generate the spirit of the spectators. Some cheerleaders even admit their exuberance isn’t necessarily something they actually feel but instead something they put on, much like their facial makeup. To motivate their congregation, worship leaders can sometimes display similar cheerleading traits. But … worship leaders are not cheerleaders. Worship leaders can’t generate the Spirit of God through their synchronized actions and song selections. Those actions might prompt, exhort, encourage or even prod more response to the Spirit but they can’t create it. He has
