Having a talent is some thing and being consistent in your personal development is another thing. God has ordained you to use your talent as a solution to this generation BUT WITH AND IN EXCELLENT.

Don't just write any how. Don't just sing any how. Don't just counsel people any how. Don't just express your talent any how. The same way you have been displaying your talent....three years ago or two years or last year is still the same way you are expressing your talent today....this is an error.

You can't use the skill of yesterday for the responsibility of today...express your talent but with excellent. Give more attention to your preparing factor and give your best to it.
